Royal Swedish Opera

The Royal Swedish Opera is Sweden’s national theatre for opera and ballet, and was founded by king Gustav III in 1773. In the beautiful 1890’s building in central Stockholm, a mix of first performances and classical masterpieces are staged every year. All within three main areas: opera, ballet, and activities for children and adolescents.
